Conference Registration Terms and Conditions
1. Registration
By registering for this conference, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Registration is free of charge.
2. Notification
All registered participants will receive confirmation message through the system.
3. Accommodation
Accommodation is provided only for participants whose paper is selected to the conference and outside Dilla resident. Participants from Dilla University are not eligible for accommodation.
4. Paper Submission
If you choose to submit a paper, you agree to follow the submission guidelines and deadlines. All submissions will undergo peer review.
5. Privacy
Your personal information will be used only for conference purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
6. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the conference.
7. Cancellation
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 1 week before the conference starts.
8. Changes
The conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, schedule, or venue if necessary.
